General Grievous Prop – Full-Scale Custom Build

Standing over 8-feet tall, this custom-built General Grievous prop was designed by Craig Tinder to capture the character’s imposing presence and dynamic posture. Constructed primarily from PVC pipe, the structure was engineered for both scale and dramatic movement. The head was sculpted from EVA foam with custom detailing, while the internal organs were hand-modeled for added realism. Finished with a custom-sewn tunic, glowing lightsabers, and detailed paint and airbrush work, the final piece delivers a bold, high-impact visual display.
