Imperial Guard Prop – Custom Costume Build
This Star Wars Imperial Guard prop was fabricated by Craig Tinder using a PVC base structure with a custom-shaped cardboard shell. The helmet was 3D printed, reinforced with fiberglass, and painted for high gloss realism. A custom-sewn tunic completed the build, resulting in a durable, screen-accurate costume for display.
