Full-Size Star Wars Speeder Bike – Screen-Accurate Replica

Built entirely from scratch by Craig Tinder, this full-scale, screen-accurate replica of the iconic Star Wars Speeder Bike was crafted using on-screen measurements and scale model references. Constructed from a plywood frame with foam formers, the project featured advanced techniques including foam sculpting, fiberglass construction, 3D printing, and airbrushed detailing. The final piece was acquired by the New York City Garrison of the Star Wars 501st Legion to bring joy to children’s hospitals—giving young fans a chance to ride and experience the galaxy far, far away.
